At Junkey Soul Store, we aim to minimise unnecessary paper and packaging.

Our products may therefore be supplied without traditional paper hang tags or unnecessary packaging materials.

This does not remove or restrict any legally required product information.

Where information is required by law, such as fibre composition, it will be provided through an appropriate label, marking or other legally permitted method.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds (£) unless otherwise stated.

Junkey Soul Store is currently not VAT registered.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We may offer promotional prices, discounts, flash sales and bundle offers from time to time. Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.

6. Orders

Customers may place orders:

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, postal delays, customs processing, strikes, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

9. Cancellation and Change of Mind

For online purchases, UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Junkey Soul Store provides a 15-day return period for eligible change-of-mind returns.

For change-of-mind returns:

The customer is responsible for the return postage cost.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Junkey Soul Store will cover reasonable return postage costs.

11. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale, discounted and promotional products may be excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind return policy where this is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

However, sale or promotional pricing does not remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

If a sale item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract, applicable consumer rights will continue to apply.
